Gathering Phase Workshop

 – This Workshop is vital for a successful start.  Clarify and understand your own vision, and be prepared to share that with others in order to gather the participants in your community.  Understand the wonders of a New Commonwealth School and the process from start to full New Commonwealth School.

The next 6 week workshop begins  Tuesday June 10th in the online classroom, and will be held each Tuesday from 12:00pm to 1:30pm Mountain time/2:00pm to 3:30pm Eastern time.

Founding Phase Workshop

– This training helps you transition into the Founding Phase and includes help on writing your first version of by-laws, that will be introduced about halfway through the approximately 2 year Founding Phase.

There is not currently a Founding Phase Workshop scheduled, but it is a 6 week workshop in the online classroom, and is held each Tuesday from 3:00pm to 4:30pm Mountain time/5:00pm to 6:30pm Central time..  Let me know if you are ready for this!

• A quick review of those items that might be pertinent to you that are taught in the Gathering Phase
• Tribal Community concepts (how to have a bonded group that are all working toward their Leadership Education and are on board with service to the Tribal Community.
• The roles of the Governing Board and their responsibilities and boundaries
• The importance of the Principle Mentor and exactly what  they do.
• Marketing your school – why and how?
• Personality types – I can work with anyone?
• Time Management – How do I see time?
• Delegating – You can give up control, to those you trust!
• On top of all of this we will be writing and mentoring your first set of by-laws or refining what you already have.

Passing the Torch Training

–Training for the Torchbearers and the Chairman of the Daisy/Strengthening Phase.
