The Role of the Principal Mentor

We had a great Training on the Role of the Principal Mentor today.

We packed a lot of information into a short amount of time!

The real role of the Principal Mentor is to maintain a high standard of quality for the Scholar School.  The role of Principal Mentor usually appears in the third phase of the New Commonwealth School.  At this point the Torchbearer (from Gathering Phase) who has been the first Chairman (in Founding Phase) now becomes the first Principal Mentor in the Daisy/Strengthening Phase as a new Chairman is elected.

In the Principal Mentor training we talk about the characteristics that are needed in a Principal Mentor as well as the systems they use to effectively and efficiently mentor the Scholar Mentors of the New Commonwealth School.   They hold the “most important” position in the NCS!

Let me know if you are interested in viewing the 2 part Principal Mentor Training series for $75!  It will make a huge difference in the quality of your Scholar school!
